Ioannis Vartholomaios holds a PhD from the Department of History and Digital Humanities at the Ionian University, Greece. He is a graduate of the same Department and holds a Master’s Degree in Political Theory and Philosophy from the Department of Political Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He has worked as a historical researcher at the Department of Educational Programs and Communication of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture. His research interests focus on political philosophy, contemporary social and political theory, as well as on the systematic investigation of ideology, power, and forms of governmentality. His doctoral dissertation examines neoliberalism as a form of governmentality and cultural practice, exploring its theoretical and social dimensions.
