W/S-086 Special Issues in History Education and Ideology

COURSE INFORMATION

This practice includes a series of seminars that aim to revert the positions of those who teach and are taught. During the course of the seminars a brief narrative will unfold around some of the major developments in the national and international historiography. At the same time, we will aim at discussing and using educational and teaching methods, as well as the means of teaching. Finally, we will explore through different starting points the significance of the dissemination of national ideology through educational processes of history in and out of schools.
